Intuitive IT uses SMS messaging to provide real-time technical support. By opting in, you may receive messages regarding:

  • Troubleshooting updates and status.
  • Requests for permission to connect to your computer.
  • Communication of temporary passwords or security codes.

2. Message Frequency & Cadence

The number of messages you receive will vary based on your active support tickets and the technical complexity of your request.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your text or data plan.

4. Help & Support

If you are experiencing issues with our messaging service, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. Once you send the "STOP" message, we will send a final confirmation SMS. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Intuitive IT.

6. Privacy Policy
